- May I use other order options
besides online order?
Yes, you have other options of Order by Phone, Order by FAX or
Postal Mail.
- If I pay for the program now, how
long will it take before I receive my license key?
It depends on the payment method you use. If you order online
with your credit card, you will have your key after you submit
the order form and an email with unlock code will be sent to you
within a few minutes.
- I lost my license key. Can you
resend it to me?
Yes, please send
us your name and address/email information, we will resend
your license key.
- I have not received a license key.
Why?

- My license key doesn't work. Help!
Please note that you have to enter the user name and serial number
exactly as given in your license message, with the same spacing
and case.
You need not input the serial number by keyboard. You just need
select the serial number by mouse or keyboard, and press CTRL
+ C to copy it, and press CTRL + V in the serial number edit box
of registration dialog to paste it, and you need copy and paste
the user name too. Then, please press ok button to finish your
registration..
